Because our pieces are custom-ordered and non-returnable, we work hard to ensure you love your selections before anything is purchased. If something arrives damaged and cannot be replaced, we’ll offer an alternative or refund.
We don’t ship items directly to clients. To protect your investment and minimize damage, all products are received, inspected, and stored by our team before being delivered and installed in your home.
Yes, project management is a core part of our full-service design offering. It ensures your project runs smoothly, issues are addressed quickly, and nothing falls through the cracks. If you prefer to manage the project on your own, our Day of Design or One-Day Consult services may be a better fit.
We provide as many fabric and finish samples as possible so you can touch and feel the materials. While most furniture pieces aren’t available for public sit-tests, we regularly attend High Point Market and thoroughly vet our vendors to ensure comfort, quality, and suitability for your home.
Absolutely. If there are pieces you love, we’ll do our best to incorporate them. And if something doesn’t align with the overall design vision, we’ll gently let you know why and offer thoughtful alternatives.
Yes, we require that all furnishings and materials be purchased through Morse Design. This ensures quality control and allows us to fully stand behind our work. For renovations and new builds, we work with your contractor/builder regarding purchasing details of materials.
We love staying in touch. While email is our preferred method of communication, you’re welcome to reach out as often as needed. We also send weekly update emails (typically on Fridays) so you’re always informed about what’s happening and what’s coming next.
Of course! We’re happy to grow with your project. We’ll revisit the scope of work and adjust the agreement accordingly to reflect any new additions.
No worries—we don’t expect you to love every single option. We typically present multiple selections so you have choices and feel confident in what goes into your home. We are more than happy to go back and make revisions if nothing appeals to you.
It depends on the size and complexity of the project. A smaller furnishing project may take 3–4 months, while full-scale renovations or new builds may span a year or more.
As early as possible! Ideally, as soon as you decide to build or renovate. Getting us involved from the beginning allows us to flag potential issues and ensure a cohesive, efficient design process.
Possibly! It depends on the scope of the update. We recommend scheduling a discovery call so we can learn more about your goals and determine if we’re the right fit for your project.
We typically take on multi-room to full-home furnishing projects, as well as renovations and new construction. Our projects generally begin at a $75,000 total investment.
Full-service design means we manage your project from concept to completion—whether it’s a renovation or a full-home furnishing. We guide you through every step: selecting finishes, sourcing furniture, coordinating with contractors, checking in on-site, and managing all the details. It’s a streamlined experience that takes the stress off your plate so you can actually enjoy the process.
